Logistic Service Provider ATL is delighted to obtain BRC Global Standard for Storage and Distribution certification for its new purpose built 32,000 pallet warehouse and distribution centre.
BRC Global Standard for Storage and Distribution ensure that product integrity during the storage and distribution are maintained, and that customer confidence is upheld through audit and certification.
Managing Director, Jon Ward, said: “We are really pleased to have achieved this fantastic certification after our first attempt at applying. It has taken months of hard work to get us ready for audit and it is an outstanding achievement by everyone at ATL.”
ATL completed its new purpose built 32,000 pallet warehouse and distribution centre at its headquarters in Foston, South Derbyshire, at the beginning of the year.
Jon added: “We built the new warehouse and distribution centre, with the highest standards in mind, as a result of significant organic growth and demand from our customers.
“Product integrity and customer focus are key priorities for us and it’s fantastic to be recognised for the way we work. By meeting the high standards required, we provide confidence to our existing customers and we look forward to seeing what new opportunities this certification brings us on our journey of growth.”
