Job purpose
To work within the newly formed contract team to provide an accurate and timely administrative function to ensure all processes are adhered to and day to day customer requirements are met to provide the best customer service for one of ATL’s key customers.

Special conditions
Monday – Friday – 08:00 – 16:30
1 Processing of daily outbound and inbound freight movements through the WMS and TMS systems
2 Enter data for customer KPIs for internal and external communication
3 Ensure all freight movements are rated correctly to assist in the timely invoicing to customers for services provided
4 Complete all administration tasks to the highest standards and in line with the customer SLA’s and internal processes
5 Ensure all paperwork is accurate and provided in a timely manner
6 Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure deliveries are made and any failures are reported internally so customer can be notified
7 To investigate and rectify stock discrepancies when order is directly affected
8 Communicate effectively with other departments regarding stock and delivery queries.
9 Support, comply and ensure complicity with Health, Safety and Environmental regulations, the company handbook, Quality standards and all other company policies and procedures.
10 Complete scheduled stock checks in the warehouse using VNA MHE
11 Investigate stock check discrepancies and correct on system
12 Update weekly stock report to share with customers
You will from time to time be required to undertake other duties of a similar nature as reasonably required by your line manager. You are required to follow all ATL policies and procedures at all times and take account of ATL guidance

Qualifications and Training
Essential
Qualified to GCSE Level in English and Maths (or equivalent)
Desirable
Qualified to NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration (or equivalent) or demonstrable relevant experience
VNA Licence (Very narrow Aisle) – Training can be attained for the ideal candidate
Knowledge and Experience
Essential
Experience within a similar role
Previous experience within a warehouse & distribution role
Desirable
Previous experience on JDA or similar warehouse management system
Skills and Aptitudes
Essential
Proficient in the use of MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point
Ability to make decisions

High level of honesty and integrity
