Owing to the work location must have access to a vehicle in order to attend work.
Must be flexible with overtime as and when required to support operational requirements.
Main duties and responsibilities

3 Manage all aspects to ensure effective supervision, training & development and health, safety & welfare of the wider team.
Health and Safety Responsibilities
4 Support, comply and ensure complicity with Health, Safety and Environmental regulations, the company handbook, Quality standards and all other company policies and procedures.
5 Responsible for the effective supervision of health, safety & welfare within your team area and team.
6 Ensure all processes are adhered to by all team members.
7 Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cyclical counting and strong stock control.
8 Responsibility for all aspects of stock integrity and area cleanliness.
9 Execute the plan for incoming goods, storage and despatch of items in a timely and efficient manner.
10 Provide support for account managers with query resolution and inventory checks.
11 Conduct accurate and periodic cycle counts and stock takes.
12 Be responsible for ensuring that the quality of the product and service within the Warehouse is maintained at the highest possible standards for the customer.
13 Ensuring great relations and communications with the wider team members and responding politely and in a timely fashion to internal and external customers.
14 Ensuring that customer complaints are resolved in the most efficient manner.
15 Ensuring quality procedures and individual quality targets are strictly adhered to.
16 Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time.
17 To ensure the safe loading/handling/unloading of all material.
You will from time to time be required to undertake other duties of a similar nature as reasonably required by your line manager. You are required to follow all ATL policies and procedures at all times and take account of ATL guidance
